Our Services
Three practical ways to make home life more manageable for older relatives
Each Anugerah service addresses a specific, real part of everyday household life — individually priced, independently useful, and combinable based on your family's situation.

Our coordination methodology
Initial Conversation
We learn about the household, the older relative's preferences and what the family wants in place.
Written Plan
A clear, written summary of what's been agreed — what will happen, when, and how communication will work.
Live Arrangement
The service runs on the agreed schedule with updates shared regularly. Adjustments handled promptly.
Regular Review
At agreed intervals we review the arrangement, discuss what's working and update the plan if needed.
Service 01
Home Comfort & Accessibility Setup
A thorough, practical review of how rooms are laid out, lit and organised — with the goal of making everyday movement and household tasks easier and less tiring for an older adult. Done on-site in the home or by remote consultation using photographs and a guided walkthrough.
- Room-by-room layout review and written suggestions
- Lighting, access and organisation recommendations
- Recommended items list tailored to the home
- One follow-up review after changes are made
Service 02
Everyday Meal Planning & Grocery Coordination
A weekly planning cycle built around the older relative's familiar tastes and the household's typical routine. Grocery ordering is coordinated with a chosen delivery service so the kitchen stays stocked without family members having to manage the details each week.
- Weekly menu outline based on known preferences
- Grocery list prepared and sent each week
- Delivery coordination with preferred supplier
- Weekly confirmation summary to the family
Service 03
Companionship Visit Coordination
Regular, purposeful visits arranged to a consistent schedule — centred on conversation, shared hobbies, gentle walks and the kind of easy, familiar company that makes a day feel more complete. Companions are matched to the older relative's personality and interests before the first visit takes place.
- Companion matched based on personality and shared interests
- Weekday and/or weekend scheduling to suit the household
- Activities shaped around the older relative's preferences
- Short written update shared with family after each visit
